On November 20, 2015, His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimian, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Canada celebrated Divine Liturgy and conducted the Water Blessing Service with the Holy Chrism of Victory recently blessed at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, in St. Narek Armenian Apostolic Parish of Edmonton, Alberta. The Divine Liturgy took place at Christ Church (Anglican). Following the Service, the Armenian community of Edmonton gathered at the church hall for a light reception and a conversation with the Primate.
